My Duties or oles


As to my complete my requirement for Bachelors of Science Computer, I have to complete industrial training. I have chosen to complete it at a company named Night Electronics. Basically this company runs an IT based business. Why I choose this company is because it is near to my house, if time it will take only ten minutes to arrives.
To make it easier to read my report, I have been doing my report by weeks; I have been attached to Helpdesk Management system department. The role of my field of job is:
Daily Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically
  • diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • research questions using available information resources
  • advise user on appropriate action
  • follow standard help desk procedures
  • log all help desk interactions
  • administer help desk software
  • redirect problems to appropriate resource
  • identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  • track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
  • prepare activity reports
  • stay current with system information, changes and updates
